This can be a golden opportunity for them, as the experiences of many people show that finding the first job is the hardest.<\/p>\n<p>The \"My First Job\" platform will promote the employment of young people by offering decent job positions and professional training in collaboration with the Employment Agency of the Republic of Kosovo for unemployed youth. This way, they will gain the knowledge, skills, and competencies needed for employment while addressing the issue of staff shortages in the public\/private sector. Practical work will be carried out according to the established program with a mentor who oversees and provides support. After completion, they will receive a reference for the completed practical work for specific jobs, which increases their chances of finding a job. Practical work will be offered during the 6-month employment period, where they will gain their first work experience, which they can then apply to the knowledge gained, develop new skills, and improve work habits.<\/p>\n<p>The programs also focus on socially responsible employers who believe that young people should be given a chance and who are willing to develop and implement a quality plan to prepare these young people for specific profiles according to the labor market demands.
