📌 Voice of Roma, Ashkali, and Egyptians held a roundtable discussion on creating more sustainable opportunities and increasing the number of Roma, Ashkali, and Egyptian community members in the labor market.
💬At this roundtable, the employment program was presented, including the challenges and the number of beneficiaries over the last three years in employment programs.
The participants included directors of employment offices from seven regions of Kosovo, who discussed key aspects of employment.
As an organization, our employment program policies cover all phases of the employment process, from fieldwork analysis to dignified employment. These policies align with our commitment to anti-racism, diversity, equality, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Participants provided recommendations for cooperation with the Employment Agency of the Republic of Kosovo for the "My First Job" practical work program, as well as collaboration with employment offices for organizing informational sessions.
